Stephanie and Aaron met online. She was living in New England, he in California (does this part sound familiar?!). After dating for six months, he proposed and she moved to the west coast. For their wedding, they came back east for a quintessential lakeside ceremony.
My communications with Stephanie were frequent and always included a lot of explanation points. I loved her color theme: olive green, violet- because that's her middle name- and a mango accent. The best planning tidbit? Her Stuart Weitzman's (dyed olive green to match the bridesmaids) cost more than her wedding dress. ;)
Their daytime wedding was under a new Sperry Tent (yay!) at Church Landing, with a lively lunch in the beautiful Winnipesaukee Ballroom.

We arrived to start shooting at 8:30a and there was a beautiful mist over the lake.
It was a fantastic crisp fall beginning. I love daytime weddings and the abundance of natural light!
Stephanie's violet callas.
And her olive green Stuart Weitzman's.
Preparing to put on the bargain $350 wedding dress.
One last touch-up.
Aaron's sweet mom giving a hug at the front of the aisle.
The two mom's couldn't get the lighters to work for the unity candle- too windy!
Such a perfect setting.
Some people shoot tequila, this crew? Oysters!
Aaron and Stephanie toasted with beer steins.
The best man read notes for his toast from his iPhone.
Red velvet cupcakes!
And a few minutes alone outside.
Stephanie and Aaron, it was an absolute pleasure to spend your wedding day with you! The boundless energy you have for each other and all those who shared in your wedding day is just infectious. J and I left with such happy hearts and excited hope for our own happily-ever-after in April!
