New Yorkers Amy and Croft returned to Amy's home state of Maine to marry and treat their friends and family to a casually elegant seaside wedding at the Newagen Seaside Inn. Attracted to the inn's laid back atmosphere and ability to host just their guests, it was a perfect location for their fall 10.10.10 affair. And yet again, the weather did not disappoint.
How they met, in Amy's words:
Croft and I were in the same MBA program at the University of North Carolina. We both went to grad school after having full careers of adventure-- Amy as an international development aid worker in Africa and Burma, and Croft as a US Marine. They first saw each other from across a crowded auditorium, then spent a few weeks flirting over economics assignments. They got together almost exactly three years ago, when the fall leaves were starting to change. They supported each other through the madness of business school, went to almost every UNC basketball home game, and generally, just tried to have as much fun as possible where ever they went. After graduation, they backpacked through Nepal, Thailand, India and Burma-- and hope to travel to many more exotic places over the years!
Enjoy their album and a few of our favorite images below!
Happy life, Amy and Croft!! So appreciative of your fun, up-for-anything attitude. The loving vibe of your wedding day is one that we'll not soon forget. Congratulations!
