Someone who doesn't know Kelsey or Giovanni could take one look at them and know they are deeply in love. They laugh wholeheartedly at each other's jokes, finish each other's sentences, and do a lot of snuggling up together. They both also wear their hearts on their sleeves and therefore aren't too shy to express how they're feeling. There were some happy tears during their ceremony and big smiles all throughout the day.
We took a horse and carriage ride to the beach for some portraits right after their ceremony and Giovanni just kept saying "We're married! We did it, we're married!" Kelsey was just beaming back at him saying "I know I know!" I felt so happy for them and fortunate to be there to witness their joy.
These two actually met at a wedding, Kelsey was a guest and Giovanni's band, One Step Ahead, was playing. His band performed at their own wedding and seriously rocked the place! Giovanni is loaded with charisma and a talented musician so he had to take the stage, even though they had hired a band. Kelsey proved to be their biggest fan, dancing and singing along just a few inches away, surrounded by their families and friends.
I left their celebration just feeling grateful that these two were able to find each other because I can't imagine how they could be any happier.
How they met, in their own words:
We met at a wedding! Giovanni's band One Step Ahead was hired for Kelsey's roommate's wedding in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Giovanni spotted Kelsey on the dance floor. During a break he found his way to her and they hit it off.
