Since Migis opens for the public in the summer and only books weddings in the spring and fall, Carolyn and Paul snagged the last possible day for a wedding. They hired a second photographer and I was lucky to have Denise accompany me. Carolyn and Paul are truly romantics, and their wedding day was filled with the utmost love, happiness, and respect for what they were committing to, the significance for why they were celebrating this, and the sincerity for who was present to share in this big moment. Conscientious and deliberate thought were put into all details, from the officiant chosen, vows written, songs sung, decorations picked, toasts made, poems read, animals present, and more (Mister The Cow, which was actually the dog of a guest, roamed free all weekend, and animal-lovers Carolyn and Paul paid homage to their beloved pet snake with their table card and she was acknowledged in toasts!). Everyone was moved by the whole occasion, and I could see it through the hugs given, kisses accepted, and smiles worn by all. It was a magical wedding weekend that I feel lucky to have documented. Sincerest thanks to Carolyn and Paul who allowed me to be a part of it. Congratulations newlyweds!
